1. Regarding orders and delivery

· Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Currently, we support PayPal payment. In the future, we will strive to integrate more payment options to serve global customers.

· Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?

A: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. The delivery time varies depending on the destination. Standard delivery usually takes 20-30 days. Please understand that international logistics may be delayed due to customs inspections, holidays and other factors. For specific delivery times, please refer to our "Shipping and Delivery Policy".

2. Regarding product maintenance and cleaning

Proper maintenance can significantly extend the lifespan of your beloved bag. Please refer to the following methods based on the material:

· Canvas

· Daily cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to gently brush off dust. For local stains, dampen a soft cloth with a neutral detergent and water solution and gently pat it, then wipe with clean water.

· Deep cleaning: Dip a sponge in a neutral detergent solution and wipe the entire surface. After that, rinse off the residue with clean water and dry it with a dry towel. Then, let it air dry in a cool place completely.

· Precautions: Do not soak, bleach, or expose to direct sunlight. The first cleaning of dark canvas may cause slight color fading. It is recommended to handle it separately. For bags with leather components, avoid touching the leather parts during cleaning.

· Wax-dyed canvas

· Due to the unique wax coating and hand-dyed finish on its surface, cleaning should be done with extreme care.

· For daily dust removal, simply use a dry soft cloth or a soft brush. Avoid vigorous rubbing. When removing stains, use a slightly damp soft cloth and a small amount of neutral detergent to gently pat, and never rub or soak.

· Do not expose to high temperatures or direct sunlight as it may cause the wax layer to melt and result in the blurring of the pattern. After cleaning, make sure to air-dry in a ventilated area.

· Crazy Horse Leather

· Daily cleaning: Gently wipe off dust with a soft-bristled brush or a slightly damp soft cloth. Do not wash with water.

· Stain removal and care: For oil stains, gently dab with a special leather cleaner. Regularly apply a thin coat of Crazy Horse Leather-specific care oil to maintain the leather's luster, water resistance, and minimize minor scratches.

· Usage concept: Please accept the natural deepening of color, changes in scratches and textures during use. This is the formation process of Crazy Horse Leather's unique vitality and retro style.

· Storage: Place in a dry and ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight. When storing, use soft paper to fill in to maintain the bag shape.
