Transportation and Distribution Policies
To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, please read the following policies carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery Service
We offer the following two delivery methods:
· Default Delivery (Free)
· Scope: Supports most regions worldwide. If delivery cannot be made, we will contact you proactively.
· Conditions: Orders must reach the specified minimum amount (displayed at checkout) to enjoy free delivery.
· Carrier: Using the logistics services designated by us.
· Timeframe: Usually 7 to 21 working days. Customs clearance usually takes 2 to 7 working days. In rare cases, the entire process may take up to 60 days.
· Tariffs and Taxes: Import fees such as customs duties and value-added tax that may be incurred in the destination country are determined by the customs and must be borne by the recipient. We cannot control or estimate such fees.
· Express Service (Paid)
· Option: You can choose to pay for the express service at checkout to receive faster delivery.
· Cost: The shipping fee must be fully borne by the customer and we will provide an invoice.
· Responsibility: The customer is responsible for customs clearance procedures and all import fees. Logistics tracking will be conducted through the platform of the courier company you choose.
· Important Limitations: Choosing this service means you are aware and agree that express orders do not support refunds and if the delivery fails, no free re-delivery is provided.
2. Important Notes and Responsibilities
· Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address and contact information. If the package fails to be delivered, arrives late, or gets lost due to incorrect information, we will not be held responsible. The costs for re-shipping or returning the package will be borne by you.
· Self-Designated or Third-Party Courier Pickup: If you designate or entrust a third-party courier company to pick up the package, it means:
· You ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complies with import regulations.
· You are fully responsible for handling customs clearance, paying taxes, and related communication.
· If the goods are lost or additional costs arise due to failed customs clearance, you will be responsible for them. We have the right to refuse refund or re-delivery and may seek compensation for the related losses from you.
· "Delivered" Confirmation: When the package logistics information shows "delivered", it is considered that the delivery is completed.
· If you do not receive the package but the logistics shows "delivered", we will assist in querying with the carrier (such as GPS location, delivery records, etc.).
· If the carrier provides a valid delivery proof (such as a signature receipt), for losses caused by incorrect addresses, being collected by a third party (such as the front desk, neighbors), or theft after signature, we will not be responsible.
3. Handling of Delivery Issues
· Logistics tracking: The logistics tracking number will be updated within 2-3 working days after shipment. You can check the progress at any time.
· Lost packages or severe delays: If you haven't received the package after 60 days from shipment, please contact us promptly. After verification and confirmation, we will offer a one-time free re-shipping or other solutions.
· Order processing: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Policy Confirmation
Completing the order indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms of this delivery policy.
