Quality Assurance and Warranty Policy

We firmly believe that quality is the lifeblood of a brand. Every bag made from canvas, waxed canvas and Crazy Horse leather embodies our commitment to craftsmanship and durability. This warranty policy is designed to clearly define our responsibility for product quality and safeguard your rights beyond what is stipulated by law.

I. Warranty Coverage

We offer a warranty for material and workmanship defects that occur under normal use. This specifically includes:

1. Material issues: Non-human-induced cracking or severe fading of canvas or batik canvas fabric (beyond the normal aging range due to regular use).

2. Craftsmanship and structure issues: Large-scale unraveling of stitching, delamination of inner lining, and delamination of main parts of the bag body.

3. Hardware accessory issues: Functional damage or severe rusting of zippers, buckles, rivets, etc. under normal use (not caused by improper maintenance).

II. Non-Warranty Coverage

The following situations are not covered by the warranty service, but we can provide paid repair services (if feasible):

1. Normal wear and aging: Natural scratches, changes in luster, and deepening of color in Crazy Horse leather due to use; reasonable wear and slight staining on canvas due to long-term use.

2. Improper use and accidental damage: Including but not limited to: cuts and punctures caused by contact with sharp objects; corrosion or fading caused by contact with chemicals; accelerated aging due to prolonged exposure to extreme environments (sun exposure, humidity); structural deformation caused by carrying overweight items.

3. Self-modification or repair: Any repair or alteration not performed by us or our authorized parties.

4. Consumable parts: Such as replaceable shoulder strap pads, detachable inner pockets, etc. (except for those clearly marked as replaceable accessories).

5. Inability to provide purchase proof: Such as order numbers, electronic receipts, etc.

III. Warranty Period

This product is covered by a limited 2-year warranty from the original purchase date.

 

This policy does not apply to goods purchased through unauthorized retailers, such as third-party resale websites or discount stores.
