Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods to receive a full refund. Please carefully read the following policy details:

I. Return Conditions

· The goods must remain in a brand-new, unused and unworn condition as they were when received.

· All original labels and tags must be intact. The goods should be returned in their original packaging.

· A receipt or purchase voucher is required.

· If the return involves promotional items or gifts included with the order, they must also be returned in an unused state; otherwise, a corresponding fee may be deducted from the refund.

II. Return Procedure

1. Please contact us via email at zhdstudio.com@gmail.com and apply for a return first. Goods sent back without prior application will not be accepted.

2. If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and inform you of the shipping address and precautions.

3. Please send the goods back within 30 days after initiating the return. Multiple orders need to be returned separately.

4. After receiving the returned goods, we will complete the inspection within 10 working days and notify you of the refund status.

III. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

· Customized products, personalized goods and limited edition products (all sales are final).

· Promotional items marked with "Final Clearance" or located in the discount section.

IV. Refund Instructions

· The refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 working days after approval.

· Please note: Credit card fees, transaction fees, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and other taxes will not be refunded.

· If you return the goods due to defects, damage or incorrect shipment, the related shipping costs will be borne by us; in other cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

V. Exchange Method

We do not currently offer direct exchange service. If you need to replace the product, please follow the above process to return it. After the return application is approved, you can place a new order for purchase. Please refer to the website for the current inventory status.

VI. Special Provisions for EU Region

For orders destined for the EU region, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel the order or return the goods within 14 days after receipt without any reason. The goods must meet the above return conditions.

Other important points to note

· Please check the goods promptly after receiving them. If any damage, defect or incorrect delivery is found, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

· If you haven't received the refund after 15 working days from the approval of the refund application, please contact us via email.
